To start the study process, 1% of the total estimated with the client, plus taxes, will be paid in advance.
A feasibility study will be carried out on the client prior to mortgages.
Once the feasibility study is carried out, the client will be given several options. Once the client has chosen the proposal, a start-up plan and execution budget will be drawn up. 10% of the total will be paid for the start of the project, plus notary fees and taxes.
